How do I know which size fits me best?
For each item in our webshop, you will find a fit description. In the fit description, we describe the details and fit of the item as accurately as possible. Still unsure? Send us an email at info@elizafeather.com with your height, size, and the desired item. We will gladly provide you with personalized size advice.
Is Eliza Feather sizing standard, or does it run larger/smaller?
For each product, we clearly indicate in the fit description how the item fits.
Where can I find the care instructions for my Eliza Feather clothing?
You can find the care instructions on our website under the section “Product Care” Please follow the instructions carefully to keep your clothing in the best possible condition.
Order
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
After placing your order, we will immediately send a confirmation email to your inbox. Didn’t receive an email? Please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at info@elizafeather.com for further assistance.
Can I still cancel my order?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Once your order has been placed, we immediately start processing it to deliver it to you as quickly as possible. However, you do have the option to return your items after receiving them, provided they meet our return policy.
I haven’t received a confirmation email. Has my order already been shipped?
First, check your spam folder, as the confirmation email may have ended up there. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at info@elizafeather.com for assistance.
Can I still change my shipping address?
We can no longer change the shipping address once the shipping label has been created. If you contact us before the label is created, we can still adjust the address. Once the package is on its way, we cannot make any changes. In that case, you can contact DHL directly for further help.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs within Europe vary by country and are automatically calculated at checkout.
Does Eliza Feather ship worldwide?
Eliza Feather currently ships exclusively within Europe.
I am having issues with my delivery, what should I do?
Once your order leaves our warehouse and you receive a track & trace code, responsibility lies with the carrier. Eliza Feather is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages during shipping.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
How do I return an item?
With your order, you will receive a return form and a label with the Eliza Feather return address. Attach the label to the package (note: shipping costs are at your own expense) and include the completed return form inside the package.
Are return costs my responsibility?
Yes, return costs are at your own expense.
What requirements must my return meet?
To process your return correctly, the following requirements apply:
- The item is unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
- All original labels and tags remain attached.
- The item is carefully and neatly packaged for return.
- The return form is fully completed and included inside the package.
- Preferably use the provided return packaging.
- The return label with our address is clearly visible on the package.
- Ensure that the return form is fully completed and neatly included in the return package.
To keep the clothing in perfect condition for everyone, please keep the following in mind when trying on items:
- Avoid makeup, perfume, body lotion, and self-tanner when trying on clothes to prevent stains.
- Avoid perspiration or deodorant stains when trying on items.
- Prevent smoke odor; try on clothing in a smoke-free environment.
- Keep pets away, as hair or odors can transfer to the fabric.
- Keep all labels and tags attached until you are sure you will keep the item.
- Ensure the item is neatly and securely packaged when returned.
Why do we ask this?
At Eliza Feather, we find it important that you handle our clothing with care. By trying on items neatly and treating them well, every piece of clothing stays in perfect condition. This way, the clothing remains beautiful whether you decide to keep it or return it.
Where to find Eliza Feather
Do you have a physical store?
No, Eliza Feather does not have its own physical store. However, some items from our label are available at Ladies Invited Volendam, located at Zeestraat 21-09, 1131 ZD Volendam.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can collect your order for free at our store: Ladies Invited Volendam, Zeestraat 21-09, 1131 ZD Volendam. When collecting, please show the confirmation email you received from us. Click on the “View your order” button in the email and show your order details. Once everything is checked, we will hand over your order and wish you lots of joy with your purchase!
How do I return an order I collected from the store?
If you picked up your order at Ladies Invited Volendam, you can also return it there. The same return conditions apply as for online returns.You can simply hand over the package to a store employee.
